Training

My objective is to make you think about the quality of the rest of your life and like a loyal friend, make it better for as long as you’re in it.

My program incorporates traditional strength training exercises which have been proven to cause cellular changes that turn back the aging process.  Functional movement exercises train you to become better at the things you’re going to do in real life. For example, lifting objects, getting in and out of your car without strain, and getting down and up off the floor.  Question…“How many legs do you walk on at one time?” Answer…”one”. You always use single leg movements.  The ability to walk and go up and down stairs will improve dramatically and you will have better balance and stability, in addition to being stronger. Play golf? You’ll be better at it.

There are many fitness programs from which to choose. No one program fits all. But, progressive resistance and functional movement exercises will give you the most “bang for the buck”.

I want to sell you on exercise. Hire someone who knows what they’re doing. I know what I’m doing and will show you how to do it.
